The ability to do physically whatever you put your mind to, even if you have to attempt it a thousand times, you discover that there is no limit to the ability of a NUB! NUBZ ROCK!!!!!

sam and groverThroughout the year, NubAbility Athletics Foundation hosts a variety of events across the country. From the largest, our annual All-Sport Summer Camp in July, to public speaking engagements at churches, schools and civic organizations, all of our events aim to advance our mission and spread the NubAbility attitude through the limb-different community and their family, friends, supporters and the others who play roles in their lives.

All-Sport Summer Camp: This annual event is the pinnacle of the NubAbility Athletics calendar. Limb-different youth and coaches from across the country converge on Du Quoin, Illinois, for a weekend of skills development, coaching, training and fellowship. Campers can choose from more than 15 sports, with one as a primary Focus Sport and the others available for breakout session opportunities.

Focus Sport Clinics: As All-Sport Summer Camp only lasts four days each summer, Focus Sport clinics provide an opportunity for single-sport training and coaching on a more personal level with a smaller group of participants and coaches. Past clinics include a wrestling and grappling seminar in eastern Kentucky and a baseball/softball clinic sponsored by the Minnesota Twins in Fort Myers, Florida. baseball/softball in conjunction with the St. Louis Cardinals and Saint Louis University.  Our goal is to take NubAbility MOBILE by hauling a core group of our coaches from city to city in order to bring our instruction, inspiration, motivation and Bully Proof message across the nation. Clinics can be arranged in various sports in locations across the country as need and interest arises.

#dontneed2 5K Run/Walk: This event launched in 2014 during the All-Sport Summer Camp weekend. The only part of camp open to the public, the 5K served as a fundraiser for NubAbility Athletics. In addition to the full course, which takes runners on a scenic route through the beautiful Du Quoin State Fairgrounds, the event includes a one-mile fun run for youth. Runners come from across the Midwest to participate, and some of the campers and their families even join in the fun. This year in 2016, the 5K will be organized by the for profit company By Jack Apparel. They will be donating a portion of every registration fee to us. Our camp has grown so much, it is difficult for us to organize 2 quality events simultaneously.

Speaking Engagements & Bully Proof P.E. Program: NubAbility coaches make perfect motivational speakers for schools, sports teams, community centers, churches and civic organizations. Anyone looking for a speaker with a story of success and overcoming adversity can find a connection with a NubAbility coach.
