NubAbility Athletics Coach
“My favorite part of NubAbility is seeing the progress that is made by the end of camp. Some campers, are able to swim the full length of the pool by the end of their swim sessions, and it really is empowering to see their confidence grow (in and out of the water) in the span of a few days.”
Limb Difference: Congenital

After attending a Disabled Athlete Sports Association swim practice in 7th grade, Madelyn fell in love with the water! She went on to swim all 4 years in high school and played on her JV water polo team. By senior year, Madelyn had became the fastest Butterfly swimmer on her high school team.
Now, Madelyn enjoys swimming for her local disabled team, and has become more serious about strength training. Madelyn is a patient ambassador for Shriners Hospitals for Children and loves to educate others about how we are all different in our own unique ways!
