What to Expect

The Junior Coach Role at NubAbility

Available for every sport at camp, junior coach positions provide the chance to work side-by-side with head and senior coaches to deliver impactful training programs for limb-different youth athletes.

Get real hands-on experience creating and running training plans. Shadow senior coaches to see what it takes to prepare for a day at camp. Share your expertise with campers to inspire and empower them. Participate in all Elite training sessions, just like our campers—because the best leaders are always learning.

Junior coaches play a big role in making camp a success. You'll give feedback to head coaches and tackle challenges within your group. Plus, stay connected after camp by providing contact info to camper families for ongoing mentorship.

Keep in mind: Junior coaches are responsible for their own travel and lodging, and a parent or guardian must accompany you. Bring your passion, punctuality, and positivity—let’s make a difference together!
