From the early years, NubAbility built my son’s confidence and let him be himself. A decade later, he’s gaining real skills, and we’ve built lifelong friendships. You’ll never regret bringing your child to NubAbility. It’s incredible.
Swimming, grappling, and learning new skills at camp make me proud of myself. Coach Keenan inspires me, and I want other kids to know, just do it, please come. NubAbility teaches you how to play sports and believe in yourself.

NubAbility is where I can fit in and play the sports I love with people like me. Never let anybody tell you who you are. The only person who gets to decide that is you.
The best part of camp is that it’s fun, the coaches remember my name, and they cheer me on. I love golf and softball because the coaches help me get stronger and better. I’m proud of myself for trying all the sports and even doing this interview.
NubAbility is a big part of my summer. It prepares me for bigger things in life. Here, no one breaks you down. Everyone is here to help you get better at what you’re doing.
NubAbility means meeting new friends who share your differences and becoming role models for each other. Be yourself, be confident, and never be mad about your difference, because that’s who you are.
When I come to volunteer, I know it’s not about me, it’s about seeing the joy and growth in these kids and their families. NubAbility is family. Sam has created a place where everyone is welcomed with open arms, and it becomes one of the best weeks of your life.
NubAbility means a lot… It’s the best—meeting new people, learning new ways, and realizing you don’t have to be afraid because you can do it.
At NubAbility, I finally get to see people who look like me. At home, I don’t always have that, but here, I feel happy, supported, and inspired by coaches like Sam, who made this camp possible. It’s fun, it’s empowering, and it gives us all a chance to connect.

For 48 years, I never knew there was a world of people like me. When I found NubAbility, I couldn’t believe it. Being here has been the most powerful experience of my life. I’ve never felt more valuable than I do at this camp. Every kid here should feel proud to say, ‘Look at me, I’m not afraid, I’m not ashamed.
Before NubAbility, our son Oliver felt alone. He didn’t see kids like him trying to play sports. At camp, he found friends, coaches, and a whole community that showed him he’s not alone. He went from hiding his hand to being proud of it. NubAbility gave him confidence, role models, and a family we never knew we needed. You’ll leave camp changed, and you’ll never regret being here.
