TEE OFF FORE NUB KIDS CHARITY GOLF SCRAMBLE

Join us for a day of golf, food and fun at our third Tee Off Fore Nub Kids golf scramble and support our athletics programs for limb-different kids.

DATE: Sunday, June 9th, 12:00 pm – 5:30 pm

LOCATION: Kokopelli Golf Club, 1527 Champions Drive, Marion, IL 62959

SCHEDULE:
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm – Registration
1:30 pm – Golf Scramble, Shotgun Start
5:00 pm – Dinner
5:30 pm – Raffle Closes; Winners Announced

PLAYER ENTRY:
$125/player (we will match you with other individual golfers) or $500/foursome. Player fees include greens fees, golf carts, dinner, mulligan package and skins. $20/person for dinner only.

Skip the line and get your raffle tickets in advance! Five tickets for $10 or a club length of tickets for $20.
