5TH ANNUAL GOLF SCRAMBLE
Join us for a day of golf, food and fun at our 5th Annual golf scramble and support our athletics programs for limb-different kids.
DATE: Sunday, September 28th, 1:00 pm – 6:30 pm
LOCATION: Pyramid Oaks Country Club, 5501 State Rte 4, Percy, IL 62272
SCHEDULE:
1:00 pm – 1:30 pm – Registration
1:30 pm – Golf Scramble, Shotgun Start
6:00 pm – Dinner
6:30 pm – Raffle Closes; Winners Announced
PLAYER ENTRY:
$75/player (we will match you with other individual golfers) or $300/foursome.
Player fees include greens fees, golf carts, dinner, mulligan package and skins.
$20/person for dinner only.
Skip the line and get your 50/50 raffle tickets in advance! Five tickets for $10 or a club length of tickets for $20.
